About Us:

Thank you for visiting our site. We hope that you will find helpful information regarding the many lakes that are in the Beartooths. I personally feel that high alpine lakes in the Beartooths allow people to get away from the everyday grind and enjoy some of the most scenic and peaceful areas around. The Beartooths hold a magnitude of different enviroments. Some are easy to get to and one can hike there and back in one day. Some are very difficult to get to but offer some exceptional scenery and plentiful fishing opportunities.

We will continue to add lakes to this site as possible. With more than 1000 lakes in the Beartooths it will take us some time to input them into this site. We hope that this site will be your one stop source to finding information on lakes and hiking trails. We also want to provide a place where other fisherman and hikers can share their stories which will allow others to enjoy the great outdoors.
